How we handle your information.

What NectarGlobal collects through this website, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by NectarGlobal LLC ("NectarGlobal", "we"), Compass Building, Al-Hulaila Industrial Zone, United Arab Emirates. NectarGlobal decides how and why the information described here is processed. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@nectargloballlc.com.

NectarGlobal Ventures is a separate trading business. Information you send through the Ventures enquiry form is handled for that business under this notice.

What we collect

Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive or special-category personal information (for example about health) that we do not need for the conversation.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where they apply to you, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How submissions are handled

The website sends each submission to an authorised NectarGlobal mailbox through an email delivery provider. Uploaded documents are processed in memory by the form handler. The website does not keep a separate application database or attachment store. Email copies are then held in our corporate mailboxes and are subject to their retention and administration.

Who helps us

We use these providers to run the website and its services. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us:

We may also share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process information outside the United Arab Emirates, and outside the UK or European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual and security commitments to protect your information.

Amaya, our Artificial Intelligence concierge

What Amaya is. Amaya is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) service. You must verify a business email before a live conversation starts.

How your conversation is handled

What reaches us. If your conversation describes a business need we may be able to help with, Amaya shares your introduction, your verified email and the conversation with our team, so that a partner can follow up. You are told this before the conversation starts. When you send an enquiry or end the conversation, Amaya sends one acknowledgement email to your verified address, with links to relevant pages and what happens next; it is a one-off message, not a subscription. Separately, Amaya sends an enquiry summary only after you review and explicitly approve it. The approved summary, together with a copy of the conversation, is emailed to NectarGlobal and then follows the mailbox handling described above.

What you can tell Amaya

Please do not share confidential or sensitive information with Amaya.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, careers submissions and Ventures introductions only for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them. That covers:

After that we delete them. Amaya conversations are temporary, as described above.

Security

We protect submissions with encryption in transit, restricted mailbox access and form-abuse protection. No website or email system is completely secure, so please send only what the conversation needs.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

Where we rely on your consent, as with Amaya, you can withdraw it at any time.

To make a request, email privacy@nectargloballlc.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator. In the UAE this is the competent federal data protection authority. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and site storage

How the website uses cookies and browser storage is explained on the Cookies & site storage page. Google Analytics is used only if you accept analytics cookies; you can change that choice on the same page.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.

Your choices

You can email us instead of using the forms, or choose not to use Amaya. Do not submit information you do not want us to review.
